In the app (fastest)

1. Open kakoon and tap your avatar to open Profile.
2. Scroll to Data and privacy.
3. Tap Delete all data and confirm. If you would like a copy first, tap Export my data before you delete.

By email

If you can no longer sign in, email kakooncares@gmail.com from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm when it is done, usually within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Everything: your sign-in account, your check-in history, everything you wrote in journal, gratitude and reframe entries, your name, gender label and avatar, your emergency contacts, and your settings. Nothing is kept, and none of it can be recovered afterwards.

Feedback you chose to send us is stored without your entries attached. Tell us in the same email if you would like that removed too.

A guest session is anonymous and has no way to sign back in, so removing the app deletes that data with it.
